SHIPPING/DELIVERY
All Stop Hair Wars products are shipped via USPS.com.
Please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing & shipping. During holidays and/or promotional sales please allow 7-10 business days for processed and then shipped. Tracking confirmations will be available via email once your package has shipped. All packages require signature for delivery. In the rare case that your order is returned due to inaccurate shipping information, the customer must pay for shipping again for the package to be reshipped to the correct address.
RETURNS/EXCHANGE
We are dedicated to providing top quality hair extensions, all of our hair goes through an extensive review process before it’s shipped out.

Our product is 100% virgin and raw hair! Please remember that each bundle comes from a different donor therefore color, texture, and wave pattern are never guaranteed. Wig units ARE NOT customized or styled. We try our best to match each order accordingly.
●APPOINTMENTS
Late policy : 10 mins grace period after 10 mins you will be charged a late fee. After 20 mins appointment will be cancelled.
Packages: Please try to schedule appointments for packages for Indian hair 7 days in advance. All other raw and virgin hair appointments can be scheduled same day or next day.
Rescheduling/Cancellations: Appointments cannot be canceled or rescheduled within the same week without incurring an additional deposit fee. Canceling within the same week will result in the loss of your original deposit. If you wish to reschedule for another day within the same week, a new deposit will be required to book the updated appointment.
